• 🌧️ The delicate shimmer of rainsticks and ocean drums
• 🪶 The grounded tones of Tibetan singing bowls and crystal singing bowls
• 🥁 Slow, intuitive rhythms from drum and gong
• 🍃 All gently layered with the soothing ambiance of:
  - Summer insects in the stillness of dusk
  - Flowing waterfalls
  - Distant ocean waves
  - Soft backyard rain

• Comfortable clothing
• Water bottle
• An open heart and willingness to simply rest
• Friends or family who may also enjoy a mindful afternoon pause

Info: Welcome all to our Sound Bath experience! The session begins with a brief introduction to your sound healing facilitator, followed by a review of the housekeeping guidelines. We will then transition into an integral sound healing procedure, designed to align with the trusted methods of the Sound Healing Academy. This session is crafted to provide a profound, healing experience tailored to your individual needs using proven sound healing techniques.

Info: At the end of the sound bath, I’ll share a few closing remarks followed by a short Q&A session. If you haven’t completed your registration yet, feel free to come and see me afterward.
